Meet the CEO
Prior to becoming founder and CEO, Shondricka was Revenue Cycle Manager with Ochsner Health Systems for 3 years and was responsible for all of the company's collections and payment plan operations, including direct staff leadership, sales activities, and service and support in all markets. She knows how money works. Shondricka earned a BS from Southern University at New Orleans, where she honored her parents being a first-generation college graduate in 2012. She also went on to further her education earning an MBA from LSU Shreveport. While pursuing higher-level management positions within Ochsner, Shondricka also earned her Master's in Health Care Administration. She has always been motivated by her family and earning an income while making an impact.
Shondricka Carter is the currently CEO of Carter Capital, Potent Pleasures, Carter & Associates, Body Chaserz, K Beauty Collection, and Co-Founder of Boss Box/Best of Both Worlds. Shondricka was voted 2021 Best Woman in financial services at Women Mean Business Expo. The advice she has for any aspiring entrepreneur is to plan, strategize and execute.
