Vendor Fee Payment Agreement I understand that the $299 vendor fee must be paid within 24 hours of approval to secure my participation as a vendor at Wealth Development Summit 2026. Approval alone does not guarantee vendor space. My participation is not confirmed until full payment has been received. Failure to submit payment within 24 hours may result in forfeiture of my vendor opportunity and the space being offered to another business. Refund & Cancellation Policy Agreement- I understand that all vendor fees are final and non-refundable. No refunds, cancellations, transfers, credits, or payment disputes will be accepted. If I am unable to attend or participate for any reason, I understand that I will not receive a refund or credit toward a future event. Event Rules & Expectations Agreement- I agree to conduct myself and represent my business professionally throughout Wealth Development Summit 2026. I will comply with all event schedules, setup and breakdown requirements, venue policies, safety requirements, and instructions provided by the event organizers. I understand that vendor space may not be shared, transferred, or reassigned without prior written approval. I am responsible for my own products, equipment, inventory, staffing, licenses, permits, insurance, sales transactions, taxes, and business operations. I understand that disruptive, unsafe, inappropriate, or unprofessional conduct may result in removal from the event without refund. By submitting this agreement, I acknowledge that I have read, understand, and agree to comply with the Wealth Development Summit 2026 Vendor Policies, Rules, and Expectations. *
